Urgent HVAC situations
A complete loss of heating or cooling, repeated breaker trips, strong electrical odors, visible smoke, or abnormal equipment behavior can justify prompt attention. Some situations are safety emergencies rather than routine HVAC service.
Safety comes first
If you smell gas, see smoke or fire, suspect carbon monoxide, or believe there is an immediate danger, leave the area as appropriate and contact the relevant emergency or utility service. Do not rely on a routine HVAC appointment for an active emergency.
For urgent service needs
For non-life-threatening heating or cooling failures, call and describe the equipment, symptoms, and location. Availability depends on scheduling and job type.
